Brad made our first home buying experience so much easier with his excellent communication skills and by being so easy to reach thru out the entire process. He met us late after work in person at his office as we were referred to him by our agent and there on out communicated with us via phone and email. He also sent videos via email highlighting what stage we were in during the home buying process which to me, were helpful.

Never before have I experienced the impeccable support and guidance that I did from Brad Turpin and crew at PRMG. True professionals. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were extraordinary. Not only did they direct me through the tortuous VA Loan process, but they were careful to truly identify, protect and secure all my benefits as a Veteran. Because of Brad's tenacity and creativity, he identified that an Army related disability offered reprieve from a 3.3% funding fee. Moreover, he was able to recommend honest and reputable vendors appropriate for necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Response and execution times were amazing.
